Edinburgh, Scotland

Hello everybody!

Recently I have spent 3 days on the beautiful city of Edinburgh and oh dear, I fell in love! There are some beautiful monuments, buildings, pubs, restaurants, caffés and the people there are so friendly. I loved the environment during the night, the live music in pubs.

But 3 days wasn't enough. Yes, we had the chance to see the most beautiful buildings, all the monuments and both castles. We even went to the underground city. But it was all in a rush.

From morning to night we were always walking around the city, trying to get to every place that we wanted to see. And we did. We didn't miss a thing - except the 2 days trip to the Highlands and Loch Ness. We left that for the next time.

If you want a more relaxing holiday but, at the same time, you want to visit all the main places, you should go for at least 5 or 6 days.

I believe that with these photos there is not much more to say. It is a beautiful city. Lovely at night. We also went to Jamie's Italian and it was brilliant.

And like I mentioned before we went to see the underground city and it is a must as well. Very mysterious and scary.

We didn't had a chance to visit any pub because on the first night we were so tired from running around and visiting so many places that we just fell asleep as soon as we hit the bed. And in the second night we went to the underground city. The do it at night, most of the time, to create that scary environment. And it works.

Anyways, this is a beautiful city (I know I have said this to many times now but it really is) and I want to go back for more days and just pretend that I live there. I wish I could just move to Edinburgh easily! Oh well, maybe one day I will!
