What I Am Loving | November Favourites
November is one of my favourite months of the year not only because it is my birthday month but it is also the month where it all starts to remind me of Christmas - the tree, the decorations, the cozy afternoon wrapped in a blanket with the Christmas tree lights on. Oh, it is all so amazing! Yes, I put my Christmas tree up in the last week of November and I love it.
I was really spoiled on my birthday so I have to say that this is more a "What I got for my Birthday" combined with other two or three things that I bought myself but oh, well.. let's just roll with it.

MONTHLY FAVOURITES // APRIL
Am I the only one that thinks that 2016 is just flying by and I am watching it happening? Another month gone and we are almost in the middle of the year and what have I done so far?!
Anyways, it is time for me to share with you what I have been loving this month and I have to say that there is a couple of good things.
L'orel Paris Collection Exclusive Color Riche Julianne's Nude | If I have an everyday lipstick, it has to be a beautiful pinky nude that will give me a natural look. For a long, long time I have been sticking with the MAC Lipstick in Pink Plaid and when I started to run out of it, I decided that I wouldn't spend another £15 for an everyday lipstick. That is when I got lost in the L'oreal lipstick colection and chose the shade Julianne's Nude.
It is a beautiful pink shade that looks so natural but still gives you a pop of color. It is very hydrating to the lips which feels great but on the other hand, it isn't very long lasting due to its creamy formula. Still, it looks amazing on the lips and it wears off quite naturally.
Kiko Milano Blooming Glow Revitalizing Face Serum | You have probably heard about this product here when I reviewed it on my blog and I absolutely love it to pieces. It gives such a fresh, revitalizing sensation that I adore. I even apply this when I want to go to work with no makeup as I feel like it completely changes my skin. No more dull skin days for this one here!
Zoeva Rose Golden Blush Palette | I added this beautiful palette to my makeup collection not long ago but I had to add it to my favourites. This is the most beautiful blush/highlight/contour palette I have seen and it is great for travelling too.
I am not going to say much about it as I did a full review on it in a recent post that you can have a read here. It is just beautiful!
Carmex Original Lip Balm | I have seen this product everywhere but it was only until Victoria from Inthefrow mentioned it in her videos that it got my attention and I decided to give it a go.
The Carmex lip balm is very soothing as it gives a tingling sensation to smooth and plump your lips and I love that feeling. It is very hydrating and I notice a massive difference - specially when I wear matte, dark lipsticks - since I apply this almost every single day. My lips aren't dry at all anymore and the dead skin is almost reduced to nil and no, I never exfoliate my lips. Ups..
It is definitely a product that I carry around with me everywhere.
Bullet Journal | April was the month that I started my bullet journal and I could not do a monthly favourites and not mention this little gem. It has changed my everyday life completely and I absolutely love it. I am more organized and productive since I started my Bullet Journal. Read more about my bullet journal here and here.
Ipad Mini 4 | Last but not least, the best of them all - my Ipad Mini 4. This month, I decided to spoil myself and buy something I really wanted to have. I had been thinking about buying a tablet for a very long time, specially when I started blogging more often. I think that it is very handy to write blogposts on the go and even for when you have to travel for a couple of days and don't want to carry your laptop with you but still want to be productive.
A lot of research was done to finally decide which one to go for and I went for the beautiful Ipad Mini 4. The design is very sleek and compact, it is very lightweight, it is fast and versatile enough to do whatever I want to do and I just really love it.
Absolutely amazing to loose track of time on Bloglovin when in bed, just before going to sleep. I will review it in more detail on a next blog post.
And this is my simple and short list of favourites of April. So, what was your absolute favourite of this month?

Monthly Favourites // February
I could start this saying "I can't believe it is the end of February already" or "Where did February go?" but I won't. Because I want to say: Thank God it is finished and there is a new month coming! February was a great month full of amazing moments but March is going to be even better because in two weeks I am going home, to spend some time with my family! So.. wow! March is here!
This last February was a month of great discoveries in the beauty department. As usual, I bought more beauty/skin care products than I should or needed but...it is for the blog? I absolutely love to experiment with new products and I did that this month. So I will share with you all the things that I love - sit back, grab a drink and enjoy the read.
Although there is quite a few favourites this month, two of them are on my top list and they are.... drum roll....
Too Faced Soul Mates Blushing Bronzer in Carrie and Big | This is the most perfect duo I own. The bronzer is such a beautiful shade that does not look orange at all even on the palest skin. It has such a beautiful, natural glow that will make you fall in love for it.
There is a beautiful shine to it that is only noticeable when the light hits it. I am absolutely in love and it has been my go to bronzer and I now I will it the pan before the spring ends - or even before it starts?
Makeup Geek Sparkler in Asteroid | If you follow me on social media, will probably know how much I wanted this sparkler and how much I loved it too. When I saw Makeup By Leyla 's Valentine's Makeup Video I was completely in love with the whole look and I needed this sparkler in my life and now I have it.
At the time I wanted, Beauty Bay didn't stock it so I went over to ebay and found these little sample pots and I bought it. Pretty inexpensive and actually it lasts quite long because first, I don't wear the sparklers everyday and second they are loose sparklers and so a little goes a long way.
The Makeup Geek Sparkler in Asteroid is the perfect metallic gold sparkler anyone could ask for. I used it to do my Valentine's Day Makeup (see photo here) and I absolutely loved it!
Laura Mercier Loose Powder in Translucent | I already wrote a review about this product here on the blog so, in reality, there is not much to add to it. It is a perfect setting and brightening powder. For a more in depth opinion you just have to read my review here.
Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair | I have never in my life tried any Estée Lauder products until now. The two I will be talking about are size samples offered to me by a friend. This little bottle of Advanced Night Repair is so, so good that it is even making me thing about spending £50 in a full bottle (but maybe not just yet). This is a serum that you should apply at night before going to bed and it claims to reduce significantly the appearance of line and wrinkles. "Skin feels smoother, hydrated, stronger".
I know I don't have any wrinkles (yet) but lines are a problem and I did notice a slightly difference when I used this product. But the thing that really surprised me the most is how smooth and firm your skin feels the morning after. I absolutely loved that feeling. I have run out of this now and I am just saving my pennies to buy a full one.
Estée Lauder Makeup Remover Lotion | Again, a simple size given by a friend and oh, how I love this product! It smells so, so nice and it removes my makeup in a blink of an eye. It is also good to remove waterproof makeup and who does not love that?! My night time skin care routine was reduced to half of its time because of this product. It retails for £22, which I think it is a very good price for the quality of the product. And also, I am sure the full bottle will last for ages as you don't need a lot of product to remove your makeup.
You should apply the product to your dry skin in circular motions and you will see your makeup just coming off easily. I them rinse my face with warm water remove all the excess with a damp face cloth. Love this!
L'óreal False Lash Sculpt | Having small lashes like I do, I am always looking for the perfect mascara that separates and gives length to my lashes. This is still not the perfect one my I am well impressed with it. It gives me quite a natural look with elongated and separated lashes.
I also curl my lashes after applying the mascara and I know, I know that I shouldn't! But I have flat lashes and this is my little trick. I am always very careful while doing it because I don't want to loose my lashes but it does work quite well.
This is a great mascara for an everyday use as it gives you that extra length while keeping it very natural. Have you ever tried it before?

September Favourites
Hello everybody!
As September is coming to an end, today I decided to share with you my absolutely favourites of this month.
As I have never done a post like this before, I am warning you now that I will probably mention some products that I have bought a few days or a few months ago! So bare with me..remember it is my first monthly favourites ever!
First I need to mention my brand new camera (actually I bought it a couple of months ago, ups. But it is still new!) Canon 700D. She is my baby, my everything. Even if you don't know a thing about photography or DSLR cameras, you will be able to take some nice photos with this beauty because.. oh well, she is fantastic.
If you go through the instructions book that comes with it, you will be able to easily use the many features that this camera comes with. That was what I did and even though I know that I am far, far away from being an expert in photography I have been able to take some pretty nice, decent photos.
So, there you go. If you want to invest in a good DSLR, this is a good one.
Next is my Real Techniques Sam's Picks brush set. I think I mentioned in my previous posts that only recently - and when I say recently it is like since the last 6 months - I started using make up properly. Foundation, powder and all that stuff that you are suppose to put in your face to look decent.
So it was only 'till a few months ago (again) that I decided to buy my first ever proper brush set. And I choose Real Techniques. Only because many of the YouTube Channels that I follow use them a lot and also because I believe it is a good price for the quality of the brushes.
Before I used my fingers to apply BB Cream and only after having these brushes I started to wear foundation
So, Real Techniques Sam's Picks Brush Set - really good if you want to start your makeup brushes collection. haha
They are my everyday makeup brushes. I absolutely love them.
Another beauty product that I am loving at the moment is the Rimmel Lipstick by Kate Moss - Rossetto/Rouge à Lèvres in the shade 30. I was trying to find a dark lipstick that looked like a beautiful dark red lipstick that Zoella wears in one of her videos but I ended up with this plum one that is so nice, matte and smells lovely!
I really love the color, it is very autumny (if you know what I mean) and it is very long lasting - if you are very careful while eating.
Another makeup favourite that I have at the moment are the Makeup Revolution Palettes. I now have three of them. The most recent one I bought this month in Edinburgh - Iconic 3. They say it is a dupe of the Naked 3 and even though I don't own the Naked 3 I must agree that it is. The colors are just the same but just a little bit less pigmented that the original (from what I could see in store). But it does the same job! I don't really like to spend much money in makeup, I am more of a high street makeup addict so Makeup Revolution as been a really good option for me!
Going now to clothes - and this one I bought in September - is this beautiful scarf, 100% cachmere, that I bought while I was in Edinburgh. It is sooooo soft, the colour is really feminine and I think that it gives an elegant touch to your everyday look.
And also, now that we are talking about clothing, I also love this dress that I purchased from Primark. Such a lovely color for autumn and I absolutely love the white collar.

| And here is the dress. With the scarf. Sorry I don't have a better photo to show you the dress. |
Now I would like to tell you about one of my monthly favourite books but the truth is that I am not reading as much as I used to and that is a shame. Because I used to love to read and now I just feel like I can't be bother. I am just being to lazy and that can't happen. So, from today, I am going to start reading a brand new book that I am going to download to my Kobo. And then I can talk to you about it. Deal?
We have a deal!
And this is it. I think it was a good start for my first monthly favourites. Let me now if you liked this post and I can carry on with this type of thing.
Thank you for reading!
